"OUTLAW COWBOY"

ARTIST: RON WAYNE ATWOOD
RECORD LABEL: AVAP RECORDS
PRODUCER: JOE ALLEN
Ron Wayne Atwood…he's performed in the casinos of Las Vegas…he's played guitar with Bill Haley and the Comets…he's definitely paid his dues, playing various gigs throughout the country and beyond…and now, finally, and after a lot of hard work and perseverance, he's cut his very first album! And it's a good one, too!
Unique in its style, yet it has a familiar ring to it. This CD has a very soothing effect to the ear. But it's more than that. It's one of the best DANCE albums I've ever heard. In fact, Ron has included recommendations for a variety of dances on the back cover…one or two for each song. And, indeed, the music throughout is perfect for an evening with your favorite dance partner.
My favorite, song on the album, if there IS one, (and I think it's Ron's favorite, too), is an old one that was once a big hit for Bill Haley, "A Little Piece at a Time" (S.Hall/N.Merritt). What a beautiful song, and Ron sings it like someone who's 'been there'. I found myself hitting the repeat button a couple of times on this one. Another one that got my attention, was "Harold's Super Service" (Bobby Wayne). It's hysterical, and one you can really boogie to! And, heyyyy, all of us needs to boogie once in a while, right? C'mon…you KNOW you love to boogie! Am I wrong?

If you like the "cowboy sound" and need an album with good dance tunes, this one's for you. Check itout on Ron's website http://ronwayneatwood.com …but don't just stop for a visit. Go ahead and add this one to your collection. As I always say, you can never have too many records for dancin'. But you know…that's only MY opinion. And of course, this is just…
