"OH SUSANNA"

I can't say too much about this CD that I haven't already said about Ron. He's a terrific performer, and pure country! I liked every song I heard, some new, some standards…like "Oh Susanna", for example. Now, I ask you, what could be more "old-fashioned" than that one?! I know, some folks, these days, seem to think "old-fashioned" is BAD. But not me, and certainly NOT the REAL country fans I know. At least, when we hear it, we know the artist comes from good stock, and carries with him, a love for the music that came long before Garth Brooks! (No, I'm not slamming Garth, I like him, too. But let's face it, ever since we saw his handsome face on TV, country music, so to speak, has never been the same..am I right??).

This album is a keeper, and I hope you all will add it to your library of good country music. Add it, and remember it. I have to admit, though, it would be hard to forget. When you're reaching for country music, I KNOW you'll reach for this one. How could you NOT??
