I've heard some of the cynics out there, saying that the artists today, are takin' advantage of tragedy to get their music on the air. But I believe that most of the time, songwriters write from their hearts. And after the tragedy of September 11, 2001…and other events that have followed and continue today, many songs have been written and recorded. Some so beautiful and meaningful, it was difficult to listen to them.

I'm listening to a song right now that falls into that category. Both meaningful, AND beautiful. It's not difficult to listen to, though. It's an HONOR to listen to! I wish I could express to y'all how this song makes me feel. T. Jae sings every word with such real passion, it's easy to tell he means them. And what a beautiful voice he has, too! This guy has been a friend for awhile now, and he never fails to make me proud to know him. If YOU haven't met him….or heard his music, I urge you to find a way to do so. Go to his website at Universal Sound Records and spend a few minutes there. This beautifully produced song should be played every day, like the anthem!
